No new members in nearly 3 years. We need an urgent rebrand/rethink with associated stratagems. We urgently need to find out what is behind this failure to engage our target audience. I have suggested green, as previously noted. I think green is a positive step in moving forward. Also, not saying 'fuck you' to anyone, coupled with green could be an effective, articulated approach to these issues. It needs to be considered whether an overall implementation of Nice could refocus engagement. This proposal to be live immediately, once initial rollout receives composite approval.

We are aware that Bill Hicks tm employed Fuck You, but this failed to breech mainstream gateways. We feel this should now be quietly dropped in favour of Nice. Most of the core slipstream have moved on from both Hicks and Fuck You.

If we can reposition Nice as Edgy and a soft Fuck You, then a more powerful dominance of our section could emerge.

Please forward this to all departmental Heads.
